Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until you have fine cauliflower rice.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  4. Place the cooked cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, almond flour, and coconut flour. Mix well to form a dough.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and shape it into a circle or your desired pizza shape.
  7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and holds together.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Now, it's time to add your favorite pizza toppings! Spread marinara sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and add your choice of toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious and healthy keto cauliflower pizza!
