Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. In another bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie batter in the pan. Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter mixture into the brownie batter, creating a marbled effect.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
  9. Once the brownies have cooled, prepare the chocolate ganache. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  10. Pour the melted chocolate ganache over the top of the cooled brownies, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  11. Place the brownies in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow the ganache to set.
  12. Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy!
