Delicious Homemade Marshmallow Bald Eagles Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup cold water, divided
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• Candy eyes
• Yellow food coloring
• Chocolate chips or melted chocolate for decorating

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Allow to sit and soften.
