Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rounds
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for garnish

Directions
