- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
