Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 pita breads

Directions

  7. Add falafel balls on top and drizzle with tahini sauce.
