These edamame dumplings are a luxurious twist on a classic dumpling recipe. Filled with creamy edamame and drizzled with truffle oil, they are the perfect appetizer or main dish for a special occasion. Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled edamame beans
  • 1/2 cup tofu, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Truffle oil, for drizzling

Directions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the edamame beans until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the tofu, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the dumpling in half, sealing the edges tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 4-5 minutes, until they float to the top.
  6. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and place on a serving platter.
  7. Drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
