Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
