Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add 2 tablespoons of cold water and pulse until the dough comes together. If needed, add an additional tablespoon of water.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
- Twist each strip and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each straw.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese straws are golden brown and crispy.
