Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, mussels, fish)
