Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup

- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
