Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each meatball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and meatballs are cooked through.
  7. In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
