Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until the onions are translucent.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
