Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons chai spice mix
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chai spice mix. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, and remaining chai spice mix.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust in the pan. Place pan on a baking sheet to catch any drips. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chai spice mix before serving.
