These Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on the classic deviled eggs. They are filled with a creamy and tangy mixture, topped with crispy bacon and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. These deviled eggs make a perfect appetizer for parties or a tasty snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 9-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the cooked eggs to a bowl of ice water and let cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix well until creamy and fully combined.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Arrange the filled eggs on a serving platter.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the deviled eggs.
  7. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the eggs.
  8. Garnish with fresh chives.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
