Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
