Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha sauce.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until well-coated. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by heating the remaining marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
- Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the thickened sauce. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve the Asian chicken wings hot and enjoy!
