Ingredients
- 2 large artichokes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Wash the artichokes thoroughly and cut off the stems.
- Cut the artichokes in half and remove the tough outer leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice and whisk together.
- Toss the artichokes in the mixture until they are completely coated.
- Place the artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
