  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain the apricot halves and reserve the syrup.
  2. In a bowl, combine the apricot gelatin with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the reserved syrup from the apricot can to the gelatin mixture. Stir well.
  4. Place the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator and chill until slightly thickened.
