Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger

Directions
