This green tomato pie is a delightful twist on traditional fruit pies. Ingredients

  • 4 cups green tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 double crust pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
