Ingredients

  • 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the country-style pork ribs in a large baking dish or roasting pan.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Cover the baking dish or roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and baste the ribs with the sauce from the bottom of the dish.

  10. Serve the ribs hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
  11. Enjoy!
