- 2 tablespoons (28g) butter, melted

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour to the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, ensuring there are no lumps.
