Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse the olives, walnuts, garlic, mint, parsley, and cumin until finely chopped.
- Add the pomegranate molasses, honey, salt, and pepper, and pulse until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra walnuts, mint, and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with pita bread or crackers and enjoy!
