This sesame beef stir fry is a quick and easy dish packed with bold flavors. The tender beef strips are marinated in a rich sesame sauce and stir-fried with fresh vegetables for a mouthwatering meal that will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
