This Banana Split Ice Cream Pie is the perfect summer treat, combining the classic flavors of a banana split with the creamy goodness of ice cream in a delicious pie form. Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 1 pint strawberry ice cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions

  1. Allow the ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature.
  2. Spread the vanilla ice cream in an even layer on the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the vanilla ice cream.
