- 1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

- Desiccated coconut or crushed nuts (optional, for coating)
Directions
- In a food processor, blend the almonds and cashews until they turn into a coarse meal.
- Add the pitted Medjool dates, almond butter, chia seeds, flaxseeds, raw cacao powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor.
- Blend all the ingredients until they are well combined and the mixture starts to stick together. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond butter or maple syrup/honey.
- Remove the mixture from the food processor and transfer it to a bowl.
- Using your hands, roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Optional: Roll the bliss balls in desiccated coconut or crushed nuts to add extra flavor and texture.
- Place the bliss balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, the bliss balls are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
