Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 4 red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
