Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed

- 8 oz soba noodles, cooked according to package instructions

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
