Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend black beans, cocoa powder, coconut oil, salt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
