- 2 cups shredded zucchini

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, chopped chard, grated cheddar cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
