Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer for better flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
  4. Skewer the marinated paneer cubes and grill them until they are slightly charred and cooked through, turning them occasionally to ensure even grilling. This will take about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.

  10. Gently add the grilled paneer tikka to the gravy and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  11. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
