Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef slices and stir fry until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
