Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or cut into small pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen or canned
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the turkey mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
