Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.
