Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 8 slices of deli ham
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 slices of bread of your choice
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Directions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast to melt.
