Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite dry rub seasoning
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • Wood chips for smoking

Directions

  1. Rub the dry rub seasoning all over the pork chops and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare your grill for indirect smoking by heating one side of the grill to 225°F.
  3. Place the wood chips in a foil packet and poke holes in it to allow smoke to escape. Place the packet over the hot coals.
  4. Place the pork chops on the cool side of the grill and close the lid. Smoke for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
