These easy pumpkin pie bars are a perfect fall dessert that are simple to make and packed with all the flavors of a classic pumpkin pie. They are a great alternative to traditional pumpkin pie and a crowd-pleaser for any fall gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (15 ounces) of pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • Whipped cream for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
