Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (15 ounces) of pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- Whipped cream for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
