Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup beef gravy

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the tater tots package.
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  3. Bake the tater tots according to the package instructions until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the tater tots are baking, heat the beef gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is warm. Keep it on low heat.
  5. Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the warm beef gravy over the tater tots and gently toss until all the tots are coated in the gravy.
  7. Add half of the cheese curds to the bowl and toss again to evenly distribute them among the tots.
  8. Transfer the coated tots back to the baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining cheese curds over the top.
  9. Return the baking sheet to the oven for a few minutes, just until the cheese curds start to melt.
