Sharon's No-Bake Granola Bars are a perfect combination of oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, held together with a sticky mixture of honey and peanut butter. These bars are easy to make, require no baking, and are a healthy and satisfying snack for anytime of the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (such as raisins or cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions
