Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Hot sauce, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
