- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 6 slices bacon, chopped

- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
