Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 20 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying

Directions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat and drain excess fat
