Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix grated sweet potatoes, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add water as needed to form a sticky batter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
