  5. After about 18 minutes, when the rice is nearly cooked through but still slightly firm, stir in the radicchio and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the gorgonzola, walnuts, and balsamic cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the risotto hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
