Ingredients
- 6 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub potatoes clean and prick with a fork. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until tender.
- Let potatoes cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer inside the skin.
