- 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 sheet of nori, cut into strips
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1/2 cucumber, cubed
- 1/4 cup cooked shrimp, sliced
- 1/4 cup cooked salmon, cubed
- 1/4 cup cooked tuna, cubed
- Soy sauce, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked sushi rice, seasoned rice vinegar, and sugar.
- Divide the mixture among four plates or bowls.
- Top each plate with the nori strips, avocado cubes, cucumber cubes, cooked shrimp, cooked salmon, and cooked tuna.
- Serve with soy sauce.
