Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 sheet of nori, cut into strips
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cucumber, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cooked shrimp, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked salmon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cooked tuna, cubed
  • Soy sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked sushi rice, seasoned rice vinegar, and sugar.
  2. Divide the mixture among four plates or bowls.
  3. Top each plate with the nori strips, avocado cubes, cucumber cubes, cooked shrimp, cooked salmon, and cooked tuna.
  4. Serve with soy sauce.
