  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets in a greased baking dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
