Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

Add cooked rice, tuna, diced tomatoes, and peas and stir to combine.
Add cream and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.
Spread the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
