- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon za'atar spice mix

Directions
- Place a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl and line it with cheesecloth.
- Mix Greek yogurt with salt and pour it into the cheesecloth-lined sieve.
- Cover the yogurt with the edges of the cheesecloth and place it in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to strain and thicken.
